what is it about maria bamford that makes me have a great time on stage? i dunno but it happened again tonight. AND she was joined by the amazing jackie kashian, a comedy powerhouse. i wish that my brain was half as fast as kashian’s.
i did guest spots on both shows tonight and had a blast and for just a few minutes any doubt i had about moving disappeared. comedy’s the best.
then i walked out to a flat tire on my car but you know what? comedy’s still the best.

i officially can’t be objective about donald glover’s work anymore. i love everything he does. that concert was one of the best i’ve seen.
still in a reggie watts haze. this particular video isn’t very funny, but i watch it CONSTANTLY. the song he constructs is perfection. i can’t begin to wrap my brain around how many amazing improvisational songs he’s released into the ether; i’m so glad somebody captured this one.
